    秋刀鱼烧DIY

        如果说美食和思考是人生的两大快事,怕是鲜有人心存异议。那么思考如何烹饪美食,岂不是乐上加乐?
     
        周日难得那么好的心情,约了一帮子狐朋狗友聚会。有必要记下中午亲手烹调的秋刀鱼,因为着实都可以拿出去卖个好价钱了~
     
        1.首先当然要去买原料:
           - 麦德龙的秋刀鱼便宜到9条才卖日式餐厅里的1条价钱——1公斤才20块!
           - 然后是柠檬,如果没有可以拿柚子代替,目的是补充点VC。
           - 根据口味需要可以买点白萝卜。
     
        2.再是备料:
           - 处理秋刀鱼非常简单,拿出来稍微剖一下就ok。然后等着解冻。
           - 一边可以煮一段白萝卜。煮好后,将其捣成泥状装碟。沾着海鱼吃可是很清口的~
       
        3.然后关键一步是腌制:
           - 把解冻了的秋刀鱼两侧各抹上一层均匀的盐,再滴少许老抽抹匀。等待10分钟左右。
     
        4.最后烧烤:
           - Philips的小型烧烤器即可。一次性可烤3条,而且空间不大不小,刚刚好适合秋刀鱼的身长。
           - 用锡纸覆盖烧烤盘表面。
           - 给鱼身上和锡纸上刷上层橄榄油。油不能太少,否则会粘鱼皮。
           - 设定5分钟,就可以等着闻到久违的香味了。
     
        5.吃之前欣赏下新鲜出炉的DIY秋刀鱼烧吧。挤上点柠檬汁,配上点萝卜泥,美味就难能笔墨了~
